Service Description

Basic Life Support / BLS (CPR) Course Certification is designed for healthcare professionals and emergency responders, including EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, in-facility hospital staff, and caregivers. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a certification card valid for two years.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for BLS (CPR) Training and Certification Total Care Home Health Service LLC 1. Booking Requirements - All participants must book their BLS (CPR) training sessions in advance. - Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person at our office. - A valid government-issued photo ID is required on the day of training for certification purposes. 2. Payment Policy - Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. - Group rates or discounts may be available; please inquire directly. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable. - Participants may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a $25 fee. 4. Class Policy - Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. - Late arrivals may not be admitted and will need to reschedule (subject to rescheduling fees). - Classes run between 3–4 hours and include both hands-on practice and a written test. - Successful completion of the course and exam is required for certification. 5. Certification - We provide American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider Certification, valid for 2 years. - Certificates will be emailed within 24–48 hours after successful course completion. 6. Private & Group Sessions - Private or group sessions (on-site or off-site) are available upon request. - A minimum of 5 participants is required for off-site training. Travel fees may apply. 7. Health & Safety - Participants who are ill or showing signs of contagious illness are asked to reschedule. - All training equipment is sanitized between classes.
