Instead of messy ink, fingerprints are captured digitally by a trained technician and submitted instantly to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and other authorized agencies. Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Requirements - All fingerprinting appointments can be booked in advance & walk-in (Note for Walk-in Schedule is only available (THURSDAY - FRIDAY 9am - 5pm) & (SAT 9AM - 2PM). - Bookings can be made online, by phone, or you can walk-in at our office on (THURSDAY - FRIDAY 9am - 5pm) & (SAT 9AM - 2PM). - A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. - Please bring all required paperwork (ESP. ORI Number), forms, or request codes provided by the requesting agency (e.g., DOJ, FBI, employer, or licensing board). 2. Payment Policy - Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment at our office location. - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. - Fees vary depending on the type of fingerprinting service requested (DOJ, FBI, or both). Additional rolling fees may apply. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may result in being restricted from booking future appointments. - Rescheduling is allowed once at no charge if requested at least 12 hours before your appointment. Additional reschedules may incur a $15 fee. 4. Appointment Policy - Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. - Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes past the appointment time) may need to reschedule, subject to rescheduling fees. - All required documentation must be provided at the time of service. Missing paperwork may result in rescheduling. 5. Service Completion - We electronically submit fingerprint results directly to the appropriate government agency (DOJ, FBI, or both). - Our office does not determine processing times, results, or approval decisions. Processing times vary by agency. - Clients are responsible for following up with their requesting agency regarding the status of their background check. 6. Group & Mobile Services - Mobile live scan services are available for groups or organizations upon request. - A minimum of 5 participants is required for mobile fingerprinting appointments. Travel fees may apply. 7. Health & Safety - Clients who are ill or experiencing contagious symptoms are encouraged to reschedule their appointment. - All fingerprinting equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly for your safety.
